Thomas Burbridge
Thomas Burbridge Director of Asset Management
Tom, with a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from UCE in 2004, joined PPM in 2013 after gaining expertise in the Building Consultancy Services industry. He manages Planned Lifecycle Investment programs worth over £30 million, overseeing Facilities Maintenance Contracts and Lifecycle Projects across 11 buildings in PPM’s large leisure portfolio.
Sarah Lilley
Sarah LilleySPV Projects Director
With a BA (Hons) degree from Stirling University, Sarah joined PPM in 2006 as part of the Parkwood graduate training scheme. Since then, Sarah has held positions in all stages of a project’s lifecycle, including inception to overseeing the built asset. As SPV Director, Sarah oversees a team who perform SPV Contractor Representative roles across various contract structures.

Shelby Green, Bsc (Hons) MSc, heads our sustainable energy initiative. Spearheading projects aimed at reducing carbon footprints & enhancing energy efficiency, Shelby oversees PSDS projects & integrated innovative technologies, as well as renewable energy solutions. This helps drive us to a more carbon neutral future.

Simon GuestNational Facilities And Asset Manager
Simon joined Parkwood in 2024 with extensive public and private sector experience. He serves as National Facilities and Asset Manager at PPM, overseeing maintenance, operation, and overall condition of the company’s portfolio, ensuring their functionality, health & safety and compliance with regulations for projects up to £20 million.
