PPM is spearheading the contract to design, build, operate, and maintain the Tarka Leisure Centre. Strategically located adjacent to the existing tennis centre, the new facility is set to become a premier destination for fitness and recreation in the region.

The innovative design of the leisure centre has been crafted by Watson Batty Architects Ltd., while the construction responsibilities are managed by Speller Metcalfe. Timeline and Management
Construction commenced in September 2020, with the project scheduled for completion in April 2022. Upon completion, PPM will continue to manage the asset, ensuring its operational excellence throughout the contract period.
