Refurbishment of Crook Log & Erith Leisure Centres, & Construction of Sidcup LC

In 2003, the London Borough of Bexley partnered with Boxwood Leisure Ltd to oversee the delivery of a £35m three centre capital leisure PPP project. This 32 year agreement encompassed the complete refurbishment of Crook Log & Erith Leisure Centres, and the new-build construction of Sidcup Leisure Centre & the subsequent management of the maintenance & operation of these facilities for the contract term.   

Since project commencement, Boxwood Leisure Ltd has successfully provided efficient governance, diligent oversight and transparent reporting to ensure cohesion between all Stakeholders.
