Extension of Breckland LC & Construction of Dereham LC

Breckland Leisure Ltd was appointed by Breckland District Council in 2005 to manage a 34 year PFI contract encompassing the partial refurbishment & extension of Breckland Leisure Centre & Waterworld & the new-build construction of Dereham Leisure Centre which constituted a £15m investment. 

Following completion of these works in 2007, Breckland Leisure has continued, with meticulous oversight and coordination & diligent Stakeholder engagement, to ensure the seamless delivery of the operation phase of the project.
