In 2004, Penwith District Council appointed Penzance Leisure Ltd to administer the construction & subsequent operation & maintenance of a wet & dryside facility in Penzance.
This £6.7m build was completed in 2005 & Penzance Leisure Ltd has subsequently continued to oversee the successful operation & maintenance of the Centre, ensuring excellent project administration & compliance & facilitating strong Stakeholder relationships for the duration of this 31 year contract.
