Brackley Leisure £4.5 Million Pound Logistical Strategy

Brackley Leisure Centre

In 2018, a £4.5 million project was completed at Brackley Leisure Centre to expand its amenities with the addition of wet side facilities, enhancing the existing dry side offerings. This significant investment includes:

• A 25-meter, six-lane swimming pool
• A learner pool
• A wet changing village
• A new reception area
• A café
• A meeting room
• Refurbished dry-side changing facilities
• A bespoke spinning studio
• A new 100-station health and fitness suite

Brackley Swimming Pool

To ensure the community continues to have access to swimming facilities during the construction at Brackley Leisure Centre, PPM is managing the maintenance and asset management of the existing Towcester Swimming Pool. This strategy ensures that the public can enjoy uninterrupted swimming services until the new facilities are operational.

Towcester Leisure Centre

PPM is also appointed to provide Lifecycle fund management, maintenance, and asset management responsibilities for Towcester Leisure Centre. This centre offers a range of amenities, including:

• A leisure pool with a flume
• A sports hall
• A dance studio
• A fitness gym
• A sauna and steam room
• A café and associated facilities
