Commencing in 2001, the Crosby Leisure Centre contract was the first of its kind to be procured under a Private Finance Initiative (PFI). Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council engaged Waterfront Leisure (Crosby) Ltd to manage this landmark venture.
After administering the build phase of this £6.5m project, Waterfront Leisure has successfully overseen the ongoing maintenance & operational services for Crosby Leisure Centre ensuring that the facility maintains high standards in all aspects & is fully compliant from a contractual perspective. Thereby ensuring that the asset & the investment is protected for the 25 year contract term.
