Woodgreen Leisure Centre: A Model Design, Build, Operation & Maintenance Project

PPM were appointed to deliver an exciting expansion to an existing community facility with the construction of a 2 storey extension accommodating a state of the art gymnasium, studios, reception and community library. These facilities support the existing 25m outdoor pool and bowls areas.. Post completion PPM is also appointed to provide Lifecycle fund management, maintenance, and asset management responsibilities.  This project exemplifies a successful partnership, delivering state-of-the-art amenities to the community.

Wet Facilities

The wet side of the centre includes:

• A six-lane, 25-meter competition pool
• Seating for 150 spectators
• A teaching pool
• A pool flume
• Associated changing facilities

Dry Facilities

The dry side facilities comprise:

• A six-court sports hall
• A fitness suite
• A health suite
• A large dance/aerobics studio
• Changing facilities
• A crèche
• A café
