At Parkwood Project Management, our expertise lies in the effective management of contracts through the utilisation of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). With meticulous oversight and coordination, we ensure the seamless delivery of each project, from inception to completion. Whether the SPV is a wholly owned subsidiary of PPM or established by external equity providers, we are dedicated to achieving optimal project outcomes during the operational phase.

As projects transition from construction to operation, the SPV oversees the service availability stage. At this critical juncture, the SPV engages in three principal subcontracts: design and build (Construction Contractor), operation (Operating Contractor), and lifecycle and maintenance (Lifecycle Fund Manager and Maintenance Contractor). Guided by the contractual requirements outlined in the Project Agreement/Concession Agreement, our SPV Project Managers meticulously manage every aspect of the contract, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance with contractual obligations.

With contract durations spanning 25 to 32 years, our SPV Project Managers assume direct responsibility for all contract facets. They adeptly manage subcontractors, meet reporting requirements, and surpass client expectations at each facility. Leveraging our expertise and experience in project management, we execute every SPV contract with precision and professionalism, delivering exceptional results for our clients and stakeholders alike.
